Oh Lord, one of my favorite times of the day is now, when I can sit quietly in bed and enjoy the solitude with You. As the morning rush begins, I often feel like a leaf tossed by the wind, carried from one thing to another. Too often, I fail to guard the inner peace You have shown me.

I long to be more like Jesus, unshaken even when the storm raged around Him in the deep waters. He stood firm, unwavering in faith. I want to be like that. Oh Father, grant me Your wisdom and strength. Teach me to stand steadfast in Your peace, no matter what comes my way.

Tomorrow is International Women’s Day, and I’ve booked a restaurant outside the city so all the women can have a well-deserved break and enjoy the beauty of nature. Lord, let me be a presence of peace and love among them, not just bringing relaxation, but most importantly, opening their hearts to You.

You know, Lord, that this is the only thing that truly matters to me now, the longing for You, for wisdom, for hope, and for true freedom in this life. Give me an unshakable desire for You, and let me be a doorway for others to walk through and find You as well.
