Dream:

I was a small business owner located inside a temple, selling incense and Buddha statues for a living. One day, a troubled young boy who appeared on TV shows came in, upset because he wasn’t the main character. He told me he planned to quit his job, go to acting school, and return stronger to surpass all the actors who looked down on him.

I told him that it wouldn’t work if his ultimate goal was to defeat others. I guided him to see through his anger and shift his focus from others to himself.

He listened, and before leaving the store, he spent all the money he had to purchase a female Buddha statue(Guan Yin).

Journal:

I have been feeling quite powerful today as I reflect on what happened yesterday. There was a strong presence of God that I didn’t fully realize until now.

I think subconsciously I was trying very hard to fight the urge to hurry. My determination was so strong that God guided me to channel that energy into exercise instead of working as I used to. Yesterday, I spent 69 minutes in VR boxing, which is new for me. Every punch I threw was aimed at the devil’s temptations. All the music I heard during the workout resonated deeply with my spirit:

The devil is not going to win…

He is the only magic…

I’m just now putting the pieces together and I am in awe! It’s always amazed me how many ways He meets me.

I am incredibly grateful and deeply joyful knowing that God has been with me the whole time. I have been feeling His presence so often and so intensely during my quiet time recently. This is the ultimate peace and security I have been longing for my entire life, and now I finally have it.
