Since returning to China, my sleep schedule has completely fallen off track. My body feels the effects, sending me different signals to remind me. Oh Lord, please help me return to a healthier rhythm and quiet my restless heart that always wants to do more. You see how I am when it comes to serving the people I care about—I am not always doing it Your way, but often getting lost in my own need for control. Teach me how to pause, to trust You, and to love with a heart as big as Yours.

Thank You for arranging all these beautiful gatherings with my family. You know how much I needed this time with them. Show me what I need to do on this journey, and continue using me as Your beacon of light. May everyone I encounter come to know You, experience Your love, and join Your family.

My Lord, my God, my Father, knowing You has cast out my fears, and in You, I have found my eternal home. You are my forever, my heavenly refuge. I want to praise and worship You with all my heart until my last breath. I love You, my Heavenly Father.
