Yesterday, I felt quite emotional and didn’t accomplish much. As night fell and I sat in stillness, I longed for God’s peace and love. I intended to go to bed early, but my phone distracted me. Instead of spending time with Him, I ended up scrolling for hours. I felt like a failure, sorry for mistreating my body and heart.

But You, Lord, heard my call. Your love for us is beyond our understanding. Your patience and gentle hands are always with me. Forgive my human heart for so often forgetting how faithful and patient You are. Thank You for being present, revealing Yourself to me in the details of life. I long to meet You every day.
