Today has been a long day. I switched roles with my mom, I stayed home to cook and take care of my grandma while she went to learn how to drive. This is a big challenge for her, but I know it’s the right move. Pushing her out of her comfort zone is necessary because, on her own, she wouldn’t take this step. There are things in her that need to change for us to build more positive memories together.

We went to the driving school together, and I’m grateful things moved along quickly. She got registered in the system and even started her first class today.

Lord, I can feel Your hand guiding me through this journey. Change is the theme You have set for me and my family in this season. I pray for patience as I walk through it, that I may carry out Your will faithfully. I also pray for everyone I come in contact with, that their hearts may be open to Your fresh and transforming power.

I need You. They need You. China needs You. The U.S. needs You. The whole earth cannot find true peace without You.
